To use this new and improved version of FSD2VRML, here is my recommended
systax:

At the command prompt type:

FSD2VRML filename.FSD colrfile.FCD 0.0001 filename.WRL

Where filename is the name of your original FSD file,
Where colrfile is the name of your FST COLS.FCD file,
Where 0.0001 is preferred over the recommended 0.001 as,
   listed in the default directions when FSD2VRML is entered
   alone on the command line (0.001 puts you too close),
Where filename.WRL is the filename of the new file to be created in VRML1.0

Example:

FSD2VRML A10.FSD COLS.FCD 0.0001 A10.WRL
