Hey Guys,

This is a little something I just threw together, as there seems a spark of interest...

So, here is the latest FLY.EXE for your review.
(Shows as 3.30 Nov. 28, 2012 - is actually later. Go by file date.)

There are a lot of changes. You might be very surprised as to
what the scenery looks like in your sim now! There are lots of
additional functionality, that was not in earlier FLYs, or did
not work properly.

Try the autopilot. Slave it to an NDB or a VOR. Lots of other
important changes. We need to totally go though the documentation
on all this...

(ctrl + tab) for other viewpoints., etc.
VTOL stuff, etc.

There is a magenta line at the bottom of your viewport. Yep, I
 know.

I am still very unhappy with the Z-Buffer routine for game object
graphics. It trades bleed-thru for shaggy shapes, which I detest.
However, Dave and myself are at a split on this point, and efforts
of the old poly-sort ended at FLY.EXE 3.25c

3.30, is actually something like 3.30h I think, we have had a bit
of a hiccup in the sequencing. Dave is busy on other projects
right now, so NO new development is happening at present.

FLY.EXE has some issues within Vista and above on the Windoz
platforms. FST sims work very well within DOSBox via FLY.EXE
ver. 1.47 - which was included with the Maris Discovery WWII Suite
set. Additionally, the FST toolset works well, within DOSBox via
Windows3.1. I have a few build of Win3.1 w/FST (contact me if
interested).

Well, mess about with all this, and see what you think.

Kind Regards,

~ Mic

p.s. Some assoc. docs from other fossils that have shown some interest in the project is also included in the DOCs directory here. Some info. is now dated, but there is so little interest,
its rather academic to update it...
